Return policy

We understand that sometimes you may want to return your purchase. We will be happy to assist you in this process.

Refund conditions

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Note that you must return each item in the same condition you received it in its original packaging, receipt or proof of purchase required.

Order cancellation time

The order cancellation deadline is 1 day from the date you placed the order online. You cannot change your order after 1 day.

Refund restrictions

We will not accept returns if we notice unusual patterns or return activity that does not comply with our Return Policy or the returned item(s) differ from the original return request or The returned items do not match what you ordered, we may have to refuse your parcel.

In certain circumstances, we may be required to deactivate your account and any related accounts to prevent repeat misconduct and ensure fairness among our customers .

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or omission on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.

My product arrived damaged

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team via email. After receiving your request, we will contact you to address and resolve the issue. Please take photos of the damaged item if possible. Please contact us via email or call us please attach pictures.

 

Refund policy

Refund time

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund or exchange. i. But if 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the item.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refund method

We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether a refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a refund to the customer’s original payment method.

Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.

Once your refund is approved by us, all responsibility rests with your bank.

If you do not wish to receive the product due to changes in personal needs, we will deduct shipping costs directly from your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us.
