Shipping Policy

Order processing time

Please allow 1- 2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we receive a large number of orders, shipments may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Delivery time

Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, delivery time for orders isĀ  7- 15 business days from the date of order.

Cost calculation

Standard shipping: $6.99 for all orders.

Request a change of address

Once the order is registered, you cannot make any changes. However, change of address requests can be accommodated within 24 hours of order placement. You can send your change request to support.kilback.store and the necessary actions will be taken.

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and estimated delivery date. We work with several shipping carriers to ensure all packages can be delivered in a timely manner.

Edit or cancel order

We make every effort to accommodate your request to update your order or change your address before shipping your order. Please contact us 24 hours in advance after placing your order, if you want to make any changes.

Once your package is marked as shipped and a tracking number is generated, please note that we will have no way to edit shipping and delivery details.

Lost order

In case your order is lost, please contact us for assistance or you should contact the carrier directly so they can contact the person delivering your order directly. If applicable problems arise, please contact us.

Give back

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however in certain cases a product may need to be returned.

If you change your mind: If you change your mind about any item ordered you may do so provided you notify us of your decision within 15 days of receipt . All you will be responsible for is the cost of return postage. The item must be unused, undamaged and must have labels intact when returned to us. We will exchange or refund you through your original payment method.

Shipping: If any item is damaged during shipping, we request that you report it to us within 15 business days of return. They can be replaced or refunded through your original payment method.

Address is incorrect

We will not be responsible for the loss of any parcels sent due to incorrect delivery information. If you accidentally submitted an incorrect address when placing an order, please contact us immediately.
